Dr. Abdullah Khurram is the CEO of Foresight Quotient, bringing over 10 years of geopolitical risk and strategic foresight consulting experience across all six habitable continents.
Bio
Dr. Khurram has served as the Head of Middle East & North Africa (MENA) at Torchlight AI, as a Research Fellow at PoliTact, as a Strategic Advisor at Gulf State Analytics & as a Research Associate at the Middle East Institute in Washington and at the Economic Policy Research Institute in Cape Town, South Africa.

He has also served on the board of advisors for Duke University’s U.S.-China Leadership Summit, and has been involved with The University of Chicago’s U.S.-China Treaty Project that advised on federal level on the future of relations between the two countries.
Dr. Khurram has frequently guest lectured at various think-tanks and universities including at Columbia University, Duke University, Bangladesh Foreign Service Academy, Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies in Slovenia, and not limited to the National Defence University (NDU) of Pakistan.

Dr. Khurram holds a PhD in International, Political and Strategic Studies from The Australian National University, a master’s degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University, a master’s degree in International Relations from The University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics & Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
